How do I know my size?

We recommend purchasing an Alchemy fit kit for the most accurate fit.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can choose a preset size (XS-L), but sizing kits help avoid lifting or nails popping off.

How long does my order take?

Processing time: 3-5 business days

Orders will be shipped 1-2 business day after processing.

Shipping time: calculated at checkout (subject to change)

If you ordered a sizing kit, your nail set will be created after you send your sizes.

What if I ordered a sizing kit with my nails?

Your sizing kit will be shipped first.

Once you confirm your sizes, we'll begin creating your custom set

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! With proper care, your nails can be reused multiple times.
Once you’ve taken nails off (by soaking or remover) allow press-on to soak in warm water mixed with soap (minimum: 15 mins; best results: overnight). After soak glue should come right off with cuticle stick. Then dry and your nails are ready to be reused!

*pro tip: for 2nd use of press-one make sure you dehydrate/buff underside of nail again before apply glue for proper adhesion*

What shape and length are available?

All designs are currently available in medium length by default but with request short and extra short can be arranged with limited availability. DM or email us for availability before you order.

Custom sizing is available for all shapes.
